Founded in 1971 by Mr. Ho Kiau Seng, Leong Jin Corporation whose head office is based in Singapore, has matured from being a purveyor of steel to becoming a producer and supplier of premium steel within the global steel industry.
Today Leong Jin Corporation is a highly specialized steel company, providing premium quality wear resistant and high strength structural steel plate globally.
The Leong Jin Group has operational facilities in South Africa, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, China, and Australia with our head office located in Singapore.
Our Production Facility, Leong Jin Special Steel is located in Changzhou City, China and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Leong Jin Group. The operation is housed in a 40 000 m2 factory. The facility offers world-class production technology and technical equipment which enables it to produce premium quality wear resistant steel [WearTuf] and high-strength steel plates [LifHi].
Our products are produced in accordance with international standards and as such comply with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Our Material Testing Centre has been accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
Our product brands WearTuf and LiftHi, have achieved global recognition and compare very favorably with equivalent brands available globally, including European brands.
Our product brands have been proven to adhere to the stringent engineering and quality requirements within the different industries such as the Mining, Engineering, Transportation, Construction, Agricultural and Forestry sectors etc. and are sold in China and all over the world.
